1.3 Images, Face Data, and AI-Generated Content

To provide AI-powered photo editing and image or video generation features, ReStyle AI processes images that you voluntarily upload and content generated at your request.

• Uploaded images and AI-generated images
• Face-related data extracted from uploaded images (such as facial feature positioning)
• Metadata derived from images (e.g., estimated age range, skin tone)

Face data may be considered biometric data under certain laws. We process such data solely to provide the AI features you request. ReStyle AI does not use face data to identify or authenticate individuals.

1.4 Data Retention

Enhancement Features:

• Uploaded and enhanced images are deleted within 7 days
• Face data used for enhancement is deleted immediately after processing

AI Generation Features:

• Uploaded images are retained up to 30 days (non-subscribers) or 90 days (subscribers)
• Face data used for AI generation is retained for the same duration
• AI-generated images are retained for up to 30 days

All data is deleted after the applicable retention period unless longer retention is required by law or you provide explicit consent.

1.5 Prohibited Use of Face Data

You may not upload or generate content using another person’s facial data without lawful authorization. Any misuse of third-party identity, likeness, or portrait rights is strictly prohibited and solely your responsibility.
